Ingredients:

Small lemon
Lemon juice – enough to cover the lemon in the jar
Salt – 2 teaspoons, or to taste
Finely chopped red bell pepper – 1
Finely chopped green bell pepper – 1
Paprika – 1 teaspoon
Shatta (or small hot pepper) – 2

The method of work
1- Finely chop the red and green bell peppers, then crush them a little with salt and paprika.
2- Slit the lemon into 4 sections without separating them from each other, only make the letter ‘X’ at one end to the middle.
3- Put a little pepper inside each lemon and then put it in the jar.
4- Put the chili with it, then squeeze an amount of lemon enough to cover the grains.
5- Put the juice inside the jar so that it covers all the lemons, then cover it with a little lemon peel so that it is never exposed to the air.
6- Close the jar well and wrap it with transparent adhesive paper to make sure that it is tightly closed.
7- Leave it for 3 weeks or more and stir it well without ever opening it before the specified time has passed and with bliss, healing, health, and well-being, God willing.
