1- In a bowl, put a layer of cabbage and sprinkle it with salt. Repeat the process until the amount is finished. Leave the mixture for 3 hours, then wash the cabbage well. In a saucepan over medium heat, place the ground rice and water. Stir the mixture to a boil.
Ingredients
Chopped cabbage – 1
Water – two cups
Salt – half a cup
Hot red pepper – a quarter of a cup
Kimchi sauce – half a cup
White radish, cut into slices – 2
Green pepper – 7
Carrots, sliced - 2
Finely chopped garlic – 6 cloves
Crushed rice – two tablespoons
Sugar – a tablespoon
Chopped ginger – a tablespoon
The method of work

2- In a saucepan over medium heat, place the ground rice and water. Stir the mixture to a boil.
3- Add sugar and stir for a minute. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
4- Add the garlic, ginger, hot red pepper and kimchi sauce. Stir the ingredients until they overlap.
5- Add the green onions, radishes and carrots. Stir for 3 minutes.
6- In a bowl, put the cabbage and the previous mixture. Stir the ingredients until they overlap.
7- Put the kimchi in an airtight jar and leave it for 24 hours. A thousand health!
