Ingredients of Stuffed Turnip

Sour lemon – 4 kilograms
Lemon salt – ΒΌ cup
Lemon juice – a cup
Garlic, right – half a cup
White vinegar – 2 cups
Hot pepper – 8
Sugar – a tablespoon

The method of work
1- Using a pointed knife, make a slit in the center of a lemon and place it in a saucepan. Repeat the process until the quantity is used up. Immerse the lemon in the water.
2- Put the pot on medium heat and boil the lemons for 20-30 minutes. When it is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and drain the water.
