In a bowl, place the mango slices and the salt. Leave the bowl aside for two hours.
In a frying pan over a medium heat, heat the oil, then add the cayenne pepper and garlic and stir until soft.

Hot red pepper – two teaspoons
Turmeric – a small spoon
Fenugreek beans – 1 teaspoon
Salt – two teaspoons
Vegetable oil – a tablespoon
Cayenne pepper, sliced - 2
Garlic cut into slices – 5 cloves
Water – a cup
The method of work
1- In a bowl, place the mango slices and the salt. Leave the bowl aside for two hours.
2- In a frying pan over a medium heat, heat the oil, then add the cayenne pepper and garlic and stir until soft.
3- Add turmeric and fenugreek seeds. Stir the ingredients until the fenugreek is browned.
4- Add manga and water. Leave the mixture on the stove for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the mixture until it cools.
5- Put the mango pickle in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge until the serving time.
