Kilo of washed turnip
3 glasses of water
6 finely crushed garlic cloves

Cup liquid tamarind
Teaspoon salt
Filling:
200 gm minced meat
1/2 cup washed Egyptian rice
1/4 cup ghee
Salt/pepper/cinnamon to taste
The method of work
1- Dig the turnip with a zucchini digger.
2- Wash and drain well.
3- Prepare the filling by mixing the filling ingredients together.
4- Stuff the turnip 3/4, not all of it.
5- In a pot over medium heat, put the oil and fry the turnip until browned.
6- In a pot on the fire, stack the turnips, pour the tamarind over it, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
7- Leave it for an hour and a half.
8- Serve hot with steamed rice
