Ingredients of Stuffed Turnip

Vegetable oil – 1 cup + 2 tablespoons
To prepare the sauce:
Tahina – 3 tablespoons
Yogurt milk – two tablespoons
Squeezed lemon – half a piece
The method of work
1- Drill the turnip to empty it from the inside and save the pulp for use during cooking.
2- Wash the pitted turnips with salted water.
3- To prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the soaked rice, meat, pepper, salt, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
4- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
5- In a frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the turnips in it. Take out the turnips and place them on paper towels.
6- In the remaining oil in the pan, fry the pulp over the fire for a quarter of an hour.
7- Stuff the turnips with the filling.
8- Put the pulp in a large saucepan, then top with the stuffed turnip.
9- Pour a large glass of water over the pot.
10- Leave the mixture to boil over low heat until the turnip is tender.
11- To prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix the tahini with the yogurt and lemon juice.
12- Add the sauce over the turnip pot and continue boiling the mixture for an additional quarter of an hour.
