How to make quick pickled cucumber? Here's an easy recipe to make crunchy pickled cucumbers or gherkin pickles. These pickled cucumbers go great on sandwiches or falafel wraps and have a great salty and sour taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 8 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1 kilogram Cucumber
  • 3 unit Garlic

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, over medium heat, put water, salt and white vinegar. Stir until the salt dissolves and leave the pot on the stove until the mixture boils
  • Remove the pot from the heat and put the cucumber in the mixture. Cover the pot and leave it to cool
  • After the mixture cools down, the cucumber is ready to eat
  • Put the garlic and cucumber in a jar and cover it with the vinegar and water mixture. Close the jar tightly and store the jar in a place away from the heat to be sure [to prevent the pickles from rotting].
